This is the worst music sight I've ever been to. I ordered my sax on November 15 and confirmed it tne next day to make sure it would be here when they said it would be. I later got an e-mail saying that it was on time and would arrive the day it said it would, November 22. It never came on Nov. 22 so I checked to find out where it was and they said they didn't have it in stock and had to get it from the manufacures. Even though it said that it was in stock when I ordered it. So, they had to get if from the manufactures and they said I would get it around December 5. It didn't come then either so I checked again. This time it got back ordered and the new arrival date was December 12. It is now December 15 and it hasn't come yet. I am cancelling the order and NEVER shopping here again and I suggest that you don't shop here either.
First of all they will say they have something in stock even when they don't so you will get it then. When it doesn't arrive the will make up some story about where it is and a day that it will arrive but it never comes on that day either. If you're lucky you will get it on the third day they say it will arrive. So if you are ordering a gift for christmas, I can tell you right now that it won't get here for it.
