Charged my credit card, did not ship product, poor customer service

I have had a very frustrating experience with HealthCheck Systems. I placed my order seven weeks ago, my credit card was charged seven weeks ago, and my order has yet to arrive.
I have contacted HealthCheck several times, each time I have been advised that my order has been shipped, still no order. They first told me that my order was shipped from their location, two weeks later I was told it had not been shipped, rather, it was on backorder, two weeks after that I was told that my order had been drop shipped from another location and would arrive in 3-4 days, a week later... no sign of my order!
The people who I speak to do not seem to be concerned with my order status. I have asked for UPS tracking numbers, which is not an unreasonable request, and they state that they cannot provide them. I have been advised three separate times that my order was shipped, however, it never was.
I would use great caution in doing business with this company. Backorders and inventory problems are one thing; taking money, not communicating delays, being dishonest with customers and poor customer service is another. You have choices out there, I suggest choosing not to do business with this company.
