Desired product was overpriced but readily available. Ordering and delivery was satisfactory. Product did not meet expectations. Return Policy is NOT consumer-friendly. Please see response from RMA Group:
Make sure you explained them that Telemania product suck, not how quickly we processed and shipped your order, and replied to your inquiries. This is our job, not to manufacture products.

You certainly welcome not to buy Telemania products because they suck, not to shop at our store because we sell them, and not to use UPS because they deliver them.
Just kidding. But I hope you understand we shipped you exactly the model you order ontime, and thats what we supposed to do.

Yes, I accept these terms; however, I will not use your service again in the future. The product sucked for a total cost of $62, and now it will cost me another $10 + shipping to return it. Not a good way to impress a first-time customer. I will make sure that I inform my family, friends, and co-workers.
