Pros: Strong enough for the whole house, variety of scents
Cons: Larger than other air fresheners, has to be plugged in
The Bottom Line: For those with large homes or for use in offices, classrooms or stinky basements this can't be beat. I don't recommend it for small homes.

| arshangl's Full Review: Bionaire Febreze Scentstories BSSP101-U |
I have my misgivings about the Febreze Scentstories Player, but after trying the new Holiday scent disc I think I may be a convert. My misgivings stem from the fact that I live in a small house. I am a big fan of aromatherapy, but because of the size of my house I am concerned about the size, the slight noise, and the power of the scent of the Scentstories player. The size and noise are not particularly intrusive, but the main floor of my house is only 600 square feet, and so I really need just a subtle air freshener. The Scentstories player gives off a very powerful aroma better suited to a larger space. I know that my mother in law has one and she absolutely loves it because she has a lot more space and the concentration of scent is just perfect for her house. My other problem with the player was that I initially tried the Mountain themed disk, and thought it smelled like a pine tree air freshener that you might hang from your rearview mirror. Except, really strong. So of course, I was turned off. However, I got a suggestion from a relative who is also a teacher to try using this in the classroom to cover up the stinky teenager smells. I tried it with the Holiday disc I haven't been able to stop using my Scentstories player. The gingerbread house and fresh baked cookies scents are fabulous! I'm taking one to my mother in law so she can use it during the family Christmas party. Yum!
