Read their Policy before you buy it is a ripoff.

READ THE REPLYS TO THIS COMMENT TO SEE HOW CFD REPLIED TO ME.Read the Policy (You have to look for it on their website, you do not see it at any time through the ordering process Hint:RIPOFF) on their website and then check other online store's policies (Most are listed in the order process Hint:Legit). They have 72 hours to process your order. If you don't order any accessories they will use this to their advantage. If you are not in a hurry to get your order the prices are great. Their customer service is terrible. I talked to three people, Mike, Mark and a girl in customer SERVICE who I didn't get her name. All three talked down to me and tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favor by getting me my camcorder to me in 3 days (Maybe). I was paying next day air shipping, and they still asked me if I needed the camcorder right away. I cancelled my order and ordered through Beach Camera (No Problem with getting it in 1 or 2 days even without accessories although they do have a 48 to 72 hour processing in their policy also). I have read books on Customer Service and would recommend that CFD gets the book Fabled Services. They break every rule for good customer service. All three people were very rude and all three talked over me to get their point across and didn't seem to want to listen to the customer (ME). They fail to be of any help or to apologize for anything that they do or say. This company is only happy to you if you are ordering accessories (which they make more money on) and I would have ordered more from them if they did have good service. I ordered over $400 in accessories from Beach Camera because they were very nice and told me that they could process my order right away. I would hate to think what would happen if you had a problem with something you ordered from CFD and needed to get any Customer Service.
If you do order anything online and would like to cancel, you CANNOT cancel through e-mail(that would be proof that you actually cancelled) you have to do it by phone. If you are looking for terrible customer service and want to order lots of accessories and get ripped off this is the store for you. My last word of advice is to call the store direct and judge for yourself by how they talk to you if they have good customer service.
