Pros: Easy to take on and off. Provides decent support.
Cons: Zipper bulges the bra unattractively. Bra is cut far too high.
The Bottom Line: This bra by Champion looks like it would be a nifty piece, what with the zipper and all. Turns out a zipper bra wasn't such a bright idea after all.

| mrs-j's Full Review: Champion Jogbra Comfort Zip Bra |
Bear with me here. I've never reviewed a bra before. There's a first for everything.
About a year ago I went through my lingerie chest and tossed out all the ratty old bras that have been with me longer than I can remember, and I set out to buy some new bras. I went to a local store and found a wide selection of sports bras that intrigued me. At my age comfort is an important consideration for undergarment choices. I ended up purchasing the white Champion Jogbra Comfort Zip Bra. I'm a big fan of zippers and besides it looked comfortable.
About the Champion Jogbra Comfort Zip Bra
This bra has a T-back and of course a zipper up the front. There's a small amount of padded underwire support in the front and the T section of the back is made from a mesh fabric which I believe is to help wick away moisture.
Body Material: 85% Cotton, 15% Spandex
Lining: 92% Coolmax Polyester, 8% Spandex
Care: Machine wash warm with like colors, tumble dry low. (I line dry all of my undergarments regardless of their care instructions.)
Wearing the Bra
One unfortunate design feature of this bra is that the front comes up fairly high, so if you wear anything that is at all low cut you'll be showing more bra than anything else. It interferes with many of my clothing choices because it just looks wrong peeking out, particularly with the zipper front.
Putting on the bra is a simple matter with the zipper opening. Just pull it over your shoulders and zip it up. The zipper causes the bra to poke out a little oddly in places where it really shouldn't, however. I've had zippered shoes, a zippered bathing suit and a number of other odd zippered items in my life. I have to say that of all of those items of clothing, the zipper is the most out of place and unattractive on this bra.
Appearance
I found another problem with this bra. As a 34B I'm not a supremely endowed person and the bra flattens what little I've got rather unattractively. The fabric is so wide across the front and with the zipper that it just looks ... well... wrong. I understand that comfort and support is important here but the zip bra looks a little ugly while doing the job.
Support
I will give the bra this, nothing moves when I'm wearing it, which is nice. However, eventually the sides start cutting in below my armpits.
Summary
I'm not terribly fond of this bra, in spite of its rather inventive design. Actually, I'm not fond of it because of its inventive design. It's not the most comfortable bra I own and although it's easy to get in and out of, there are a lot of other factors at play as well that the zip bra falls short on. My husband hates this bra. If I put it on under a t-shirt he'll roll his eyes, "Not that bra again..."
I had to dig this bra out of the back of the drawer to review it because I haven't worn it in so long. In my opinion, the Jogbra Comfort Zip Bra is a dud.
