Horribly inefficient and unorganized

We booked a transportation to and from the Cancun airport to our hotel with Pleasant Holidays.
Pick up from the airport was rather smooth. The attendant outside was not holding their sign up, so I had to ask other attendants where they were. I got to my hotel with no problems.
My parents who came in later had a driver that got lost and doubled back 2-3 times. The 1 hour drive took over 2 hours.
2 days prior to departure the Pleasant Holiday's agent at our hotel was nowhere to be found. We waited for over 4 hours for him. Once we finally found him he set up for our departure times and scheduled a van pick up for us. He was supposed to phone us with a departure time the day before departure...he never did. Day of departure we hunted him down and discovered that we were taken out of their computer system. Jorge (the agent)scheduled to have a different van pick us up in one hour. We went and waited for over an hour after the pick up time and ended up taking a taxi after the van did not show up. Jorge (the agent) was once again nowhere to be found.
