If EBuyer's mailbox weren't "overquota" (causing my message to bounce back), they would have received the following, which is self-explanatory, except their request for a 3-way telephone call w/my bank is isn't specifically referenced:
"I called back but you were on another line. The person I talked to, though polite, refused to send the monitor unless she could talk to my bank to verify my address (despite the fact that I gave EBuyer my home phone number, e-mail address, physical house address, and billing address, all of which I spent time putting into your website, and then talking to you about over the phone).
I've lived at the address for 10 years now, so from this customer's point of view, this is a waste of my time and energy. I've done my part - I've given you my perfectly valid credit card number and all of my pertinent information for payment/shipping. As a customer, I feel I've done enough. I'm not going to help EBuyer protect itself from who knows what by making any more calls, or sitting on hold, sending e-mails, or whatever else you folks can come up with to keep from sending me the product I ordered on Sunday. If you don't want to sell it to me, fine, but I'm not jumping through any more hoops for a retailer. Since you won't ship the product unless I do even more, I've cancelled the Order, and if anybody at EBuyer cares about why the order was cancelled, you can show them this e-mail."
I will say the Order was efficiently and quickly cancelled, as I received a confirming e-mail within 5 minutes of my call.
