The Mark, Tom and Travis Show

The Bottom Line If this band comes to your town and you are looking to have a good time, you better go see them.

When I heard that Blink 182 was coming to town, I ran out and bought my ticket three months early. These guys were already my favorite band and the band that had introduced me to punk. I couldn't wait to see them in concert.
Fenix TX opened followed by Bad Religion. Then I forged my way to the front of the crowd to get into the action. When the curtain was raised, the audience was wowed by the scenary of a drive in movie theatre. When the band came out every one went nuts. The whole crowd starting jumping to the loud sounds of the opening song, Anthem. From that point on, all there was was fun. The crowd went crazy for every song and Blink only responded with more great music. One of the best parts was how funny the band was. Between songs, Mark or Tom would always make comments about themselves, one another, or the audience. Though these comments were what some would call, "vulgar" I found them hilarious as did the rest of the crowd. The only thing I didn't like was how they announced before hand that they would come back and play an encore. Everything about the concert was great, the music kicked trash, the pit was jumpin' and everything between was a good time. Who cares what other people say about this band, I don't think the concert was overpriced and I don't think three "sellouts" could put on a show like that. It was AWESOME!
