My experience at Computer Cable Store was definitely not a positive one. I placed my order on the 21ST of December, but by the 3RD of January I have still not received my cables. I sent customer service and email, but after 5 days my question still remained unanswered. So, I called customer support, and after a short wait they told me that the order had not been shipped because the address was "undeliverable"; they were just waiting for me to call up and ask what had become of my order. The address that I supplied was in fact my real address, and I have ordered countless other products off of the internet, and they have all shipped without incident. However, after this little bump was cleared up, they agreed to reimburse me for the shipping cost. Their selection appears to be good, but hey, anyone can put pictures on a website. After this ordeal I don't plan on any further business with the Computer Cable Store. I recommend going to NewEgg.com for your further computer-related purchases.
