Would never order again

This organization is such a joke. I was so disappointed with this company and is a clear example of why some people are so hesitant to order from the internet. Its so hard to tell a good company from a fly-by-night operation such as yours.
This was my first order I placed with the company - Worth $265.00. I placed the order on 12/22/04 and by Jan. 5th, I still had not received the order, so I decided to call. My confirmation said it would be Ground 4-7 days. Well, it is 14 days later and no package.
The phone service was just as bad. I called in - waited on hold 10 minutes before someone came on the line to help and then commented that the product had been on backorder. If a product is on backorder, (ESPECIALLY MEDICINE) don't you think they could send an email (like other companies do) saying the product is backordered and giving an approximate shipping date. Then the customer can decide whether he wants to continue with the order or find it elsewhere. The clerk then said the order might have been shipped however he didn't have a way to find out if or when it had been shipped. Put me on hold and said he would check something else. Came back after 5 minutes and said they would get the product out to me by priority mail. I said "CANCEL THE ORDER".
Come On!!! This is a medication. My poor dog has been in pain now for 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped his medicine yet.
Well it was nice learning about this company and too bad you lost a great customer and I am sure you will lose many more with this type of service. I will certainly let other animal friends know NOT TO ORDER from you. You definitely need a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I run a tour company and if I didn't respond to people for 2 weeks at a time, I wouldn't have much of a business. In fact 90% of my business is Repeat - this is because of one thing - they call it CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
