DONT SHOP HERE AT BESTBUY.COM. Im 14 and I speak for everyone when I say this website and store is HORRIBLE. I ordered a stereo and speaker system with 200 dollars of my own money. Believe it or not, I ended up getting my product late. 2 weeks late to be exact. I thought, "Well, at least I've got it now and I can set it up." I spent all day with my dad setting it up and mounting the speakers in the wall, and it ended up not working. I then called Bestbuy and they said there were NO RETURNS. I got my dad on the phone and he argued with them for an hour and finally they said they'd take it back and fix it for a fee of 100 dollars. I had to pay for it and when I got it back, it still didn't work! DO NOT buy anything from bestbuy, their service sucks, their deals are horrible, and shipping is lame. ANYBODY CAN BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR STORE FOR A BETTER PRICE, WITH BETTER SERVICE, AND BETTER SHIPPING. Amazon.com is a GREAT suggestion, and so is ecost.com. I bought a hometheater system from there later, I got what I wanted, I got a betttr price for a better system, and it even came the next day. Every website and store should be as good as that if you ask me. I GUARENTEE YOU, IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL BE IN FOR A LIVEING HELL.
