I recently wanted new Dansko clogs and, after doing an internet search, I landed at this site. The first thing that drew me in was the free shipping. The second thing that drew me in was that the pair I wanted was on sale for $90 vs. the usual $110.
MERCHANDISE
This web site sells several lines of shoes including two of my favorites: Dansko and Franco Sarto. Outside of these lines of shoes, there isn't much else.
WEB SITE
The web site does a good job of displaying the merchandise. There are not many graphics and it loads quickly. There are no independent customer reviews, but hey, we’re talking shoes here.
ORDERING
The ordering process was very simple and easy. I didn’t have to choose a password or enter any more information than necessary.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
I got an email when they received my order. I got an email three hours later saying my item had shipped.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
I got my item four days after placing my order which is pretty speedy. Shipping costs were free. My shoes were in the manufacturer's shoe box inside another cardboard box. The packaging was very good and protected my shoes. I could have reused the box if necessary to make a return.
SPECIAL DEAL
The site was running a deal that provided a free skin care kit with any purchase of full-price Dansko shoes. The shoes I purchased were on sale but they threw in the kit anyway.
STEALS AND DEALS
I searched everywhere for a deal and couldn’t find one. Still, getting Dansko clogs on sale with no shipping was good enough for this bargain shopper.
RETURNS
They accept unworn shoes for return or exchange. I didn’t make a return so I can’t comment on the process.
FINAL RECOMMENDATION
This was a great experience and this site is definitely a good dawg. The purchasing process was flawless and I got a pair of my favorite shoes on sale with free shipping quickly. What more could you ask for?
