Barebones operation, tempting prices, awful customer service.

Hmmmm, lowball electronics store that no one has ever heard of. I took a chance, because I was buying a name brand product and I was already familiar with the exact product I intended to buy. I noticed on epinions that this company had a, um, problem, with customer service, but I figured that I was low maintenance so I didn't worry about that. I learned a valuable lesson.
Outcome: Questionable. Their website is very slow (guys, buy a faster server if you're serious about e-commerce). The product was drop shipped from some other distributor and the box arrived with the barest of packing slips and no proof of purchase.
ONE GIGANTIC PROBLEM
Not getting a retailer-generated receipt was a BIG issue because the item I was purchasing had a rebate, and the rebate was denied because the screen printout I was able to print from their site wasn't authentic enough for the rebate processor. eBuyer didn't have anything official to mail me afterwards.
And the insult on top of the injury was that literally two days after my purchase, they dropped their own price by a few bucks, but wouldn't give me the better price. Every major retailer including Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry's Electronics and Buy.com will accommodate a lower price, usually for 5-15 days after purchase. These folks wouldn't, even though it wasn't very much money. That's a terrible way to do business, and the $5 they saved has obviously paid off in a bad review from me and negative PR.
My assessment - barebones operation and dullard customer service reps don't make up for the good price. They were only a couple bucks cheaper than the next nearest competitor, and next time I'll step up to a more reputable and better-run company.
