I ordered a product that arrived defective and now they're doing everything they can not to give me an answer concerning my refund. When I initially called to get to report the problem, they told me, 'You will have to wait 3 to 5 days while we review the information." After 5 days I still heard nothing. I called back and got the same run around. This has now happened several times and nothing is getting resolved. This can't be legal. If you have your own issue with them, I suggest filing a report with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). This company is horrible!!!!
