Although I haven't had the privelege of visiting their physical store, I am a frequest Delias.com shopper. For the record, I am 25 years old and I truly enjoy their whimsical, trendy style. I can purchase quality clothing without spending hundreds of dollars and while they remain up on current styles, Delias.com always has standby favorites like basic tees and khaki pants.
After ordering from Delias.com for over four years now, I can honestly say my orders have always been correct and I've only had to contact customer service on one occasion which we will get to momentarily.
Normally with standard delivery, I receive my completed order within 7-14 business days. If there is a delay in a item, you are notified before completely adding the item to your shopping cart.
Beware of e-mail though, once you sign-up online you will receive promotional e-mails at least twice weekly. I don't mind this because I like to know about new sales, etc., but I know some people are truly not impressed by the amount of "junk" mail floating around right now.
Now for the illustrious customer service experience: I ordered a sweater a couple of years ago, a lovely black cable knit turtleneck sweater. I ordered it in August and didn't end up wearing it until mid-December. After following the care instructions to a T, my lovely sweater ended up being small enough to fit a toy poodle. Without much expectation since my order was four months old, I e-mailed Delias. They responded by offering to let me return my sweater and they would put a store credit on my amount. Fine by me since I didn't expect a thing and I shop at Delias.com at least once a month.
So my experience thus far has been a happy one and I would recommend Delias.com for anyone looking for youthful clothing without breaking the piggy bank!
