This workout is a fantastic, fun way to get in your cardio for the day, without feeling like you're working. If you like to dance anyway, you will love this. You can easily modify your movements for a more or a less intense workout. The music and drums are inspiring and keep you moving. Giselle is Awesome! I love her style, her energy and her slight accent. She shows you how to do each move and lets you practice before she moves on to the next thing. The dancers behind her all do a great job. Some seem to be professionals like Giselle and are really in excellent shape. A few others have a little belly showing, like us average people, and they move great! That is what makes this wonderful. They are all dressed in fun clothes, not just workout gear, and they are all having a great time!
