I have a very bad experience with SterlingTEK. I ordered a digital camera battery on Dec. 22, 2004 but have not received it until now. Their customer service does not serve customer at all. I made several calls. Some said that they would send it by next-day FedEx. But others said that I have to wait. When I tried to canceled the order, they said I can only return it after I received it, which will be never happen, I think.
