I ordered their PREMIUM WOOD BLINDS - They made it real easy to order the blinds, but shipped me another customers blinds initially. Once I got all of the correct blinds and took them out of the box, I realized the quality was very poor (edges splintered where they cut to size, pull mechanisms are not smooth - feels like I am going to pull the blind off the wall when I pull the cords, bare edges, not repainted white after cutting, etc.)
Anyway, it has been all down hill since. They are not pleasant to talk to, they won't take their blinds back, and apparently there is only ONE person that will talk to you about a service issue. That one person (@^^@)will not let you speak to anyone higher up in the company...She allegedly does not have a manager, rather I need to write to the CEO...and he can not call me because he does not have a phone in his office, she can't leave him a message because he is too busy to call me...something about being in meetings and on conference calls all day every day ((yet he does not have a phone in his office??))
