AWFUL customer service with good prices

I originally purchased a Canon 20D with EF-S 17-85 lens but their sales sent an email asking me to call them (didn't like that (-1) and the talked to me about buy extras, which turned out okay since I didn't have camera cases etc.... But I'd rather just shop on my own. So I bought a kit anyway since I'm tired from searching for my Canon 20D and they shipped the Canon right away via my paid 2-Day Shipping. Now the problem comes!!
1. They didn't include my camera bag in the order! ($400 kit without said caerma bag?!?! -1)
2. I called and left a message about the camera bag and they placed another invoice for it right away, no charge (+1)
3. My Canon 20D arrives without the bag and I wait an extra day and then called customer service. The guy says the item is on back order which they should have told me A LOT earlier! (-1)
4. Customer service attitude was AWFUL! He wanted to hang up the phone and wouldn't let me talk! (-5)
5. Customer Service could *not* double check for me what kind of shipping will be used (my original 2Day shipping or the FedEx Ground for that new invoice online) because he's not the Shipping department! (-10)
6. so now I have no idea when my camerabag will arrive and I need the set TOMORROW for a vacation.... =(
I would NOT shop from this place again. I can imagine if you never have to deal with their customer service then you'll like this place for its price.
