The Wonderbra has lifted women's -- spirits for years. It is still a very popular brand and has undergone many renovations to make it sleeker, more natural looking and feeling, and more comfortable. The Wonderbra Seamless Plunge Bra is, as it says, seamless. You can wear the clingiest of tops and the bra will never crease or have lines showing through. This one is made to show cleavage but not lift you to incredible (and unnatural) heights. Because it is a plunge bra, you can wear your lowest cut blouses or dresses and the bra will do its thing -- push you up and make you look voluptuous – but natural.

It's made of easy care microfiber and the underwire is heavily encased in soft material so you don't get poked or prodded (at least not by the bra!). There is slight padding on the sides of the cups but only enough to give your natural assets a little push toward the middle to create the cleavage want from a bra like this. There are no removable pads.

At first, you may be taken aback by the added volume and cleavage you have. Then, you will settle into feeling feminine and sexy.

This bra is comfortable. While not a simple cotton bra that feels like a second skin, the plunge bra feels fairly natural on and fits well. There is no tugging or adjusting if you buy the right size. And size is important! You should always try any bra on, but especially Wonderbras. They seem to run slightly differently than the average bra. I am a 36C and I wear a 36C in this bra as well, but it has a little more room than my other (millions of) bras. I would get a 36 B and a half if they sold them in this style.

The straps are pretty and stretch slightly. They are adjustable. The bra has a back close with two rows of hooks. You can get this bra in sizes 34A through size 38D.

The older Wonderbra Plunge bras were less natural looking and had hard cups. This one has soft cups that won’t bruise someone if you bump into them like the original plunge did. The changes have all been good ones for those of us who want to look natural as opposed to looking like we have softballs (or coconuts in some cases) under our shirts like the old style Wonderbras.

This bra is not one of Wonderbra's ultra push up, va-va-va- voom bras. It does plunge and does lift and give you cleavage but it isn't like the original Wonderbra that took me from 36C to 36D and a little more. This one is more natural, more comfortable, and yet still sexy.

I hand wash all my bras and it washes and wears well. I have had mine for well over a year and it’s still in great shape.

The colors that I have seen are: Ivory, French Nude, Frost, and Midnight which are really variations of white and cream and a black.

The price is fairly standard for Wonderbras at $29.00. However, I got mine at www.onehanesplace.com for $22.00 on sale and there are always sales going on so shop around before buying.

I like this bra and wear it often. Because it isn't as dramatic as the Perfect Push Up or the Gel Wonderbra, it can be worn with just about any top for flattering results.

The Bottom Line

A little lift, a little cleavage, a lot of flattery. This is a nice choice for women who want to add just a bit of pizzazz to their bustline without going overboard. It is comfortable and breathable and won't pinch or poke you. The cost is a bit higher than a standard bra but it is worth it for the seamless, sexy results you get.

If you’re looking for a bra that really IS a wonder, though, go for the Wonderbra Perfect Push Up bra instead. That bra will make mountains out of your molehills!

The Wonderbra Seamless Plunge Bra is a good all occasion bra, but is best suited for lower cut tops, V necks, and other tops that have a lower neckline and will benefit from the plunge and cleavage that this bra produces.
