Pros: New, Clean, Spacious, Luxury.
Cons: staffs attitude not good, clothes dryer not good.
The Bottom Line: It's a good place to stay if you are those expect comfortable rooms. Location-wise, it's just ok.

The service apartment (or hotel) is located at a very strategic location, beside the Expressway. You don't have to worry about getting to Airport on time. Since it's at the end of Silom Road, the traffic could be quite bad if you prefer to travel by cab. Using Saphan Taksin BTS station will save a lot of waiting time. (5 mins walk, about 500m)
Check-in process is effective, perhaps it's new, not many customers. I can imagine if there are many customers the process could halt you for quite a while.
You can stay rather high up (up to 63 floor), and there are balcony in every Suite room. Nice river view, never stay at the other side so not sure about the town view. Nice kitchen, nice hard bed (it actually feels good, though I prefer softer ones), nice 64th floor open space restaurant.
There is a small robinson shopping center near by, which is not quite attractive btw.
In my opinion once the hotel is fully operational (swimming pool will be completed by end Feb), it will become a good tourist choice. Imagine a romantic balcony scenary at 60th floor... the air-con compressor is a big put off though.
Staffs can be rather inexperienced at times. The front desk and Concierge are rather proud (aka. attitude sux). You have to show them a lot of greens before you get respected. Not the best experience I would say, but again it may be individual.
Come here if you prefer luxury stay over the location for shopping. The Suites are not the cheapest but I would say it's worth the stay.
