I ordered a very large Samsung monitor with a rebate. I got an email confirming the order, but not one telling me when it was shipped. This is possibly because I ordered late Friday. The monitor arrived on Tuesday, which astonished me because I'd ordered late in the day. The monitor arrived in fine shape in the original Samsung packing. By the time it arrived the puchase period on the rebate on line had expired and I couldn't locate the rebate offer on line. This didn't affect my ability to claim the rebate, but I needed the paperwork. I called customer support. There was an insignificant wait time -- unlike Samsung. The initial response from the Nerds customer service guy was, "We don't supply that paperwork." I asked for a supervisor. There was a slight wait and, before the supervisor came on he had emailed me the Nerds paperwork, which is only a receipt. Then he told me how to locate the rebate paperwork through the price matching service where I saw the original rebate material.
I would certainly order from these guys again.
