I've read one e-book and was horrified at the poor editing, but that was one place that went under for romance novelists and so I will check out diversepress.com. I really appreciate the info.

I've had the experience of being included in an anthology that was e-published over three years ago, now. Though I've been procrastinating on finishing any of my other 30 or more novels and short stories, I have considered being e-published yet again. This review is filled with highly enlightened advice and tips, Pam. Great job! and Thanks!

In the past two weeks I have come up with a title, concept and listing of 45 chapters for a book.

I was thinking of contacting some Autism organizations to see if anyone was interested in it.

I have met tons of parents online and this might be a route to take, will have to look around and test the waters on this book. I know already it would be a hit!!

Actually I did mention some of the advantages including the ability to search and the ability to download the e-books to basically any computer system including handheld devices.

I suppose you are correct that I focused more on a writers perspective.

I think you missed some of the big advantages of ebooks for readers - portability and control over appearance. True, these do not exist for all ebook formats, but they are compelling nonetheless on those platforms that do offer you the ability to walk around with 30 books at any given time or to change font sizes, line spacing, and other factors affecting appearance. I realize you concentrated more on ebooks from a writer's perspective rather than a reader's perspective, and from that perspective this was excellent as usual.
