When my last printer bit the dust, my copier was dying, my scanner was always too slow and I found myself needing a fax,I figured an all in one was the way to go. I copy a log of books so I needed a flatbed, which really limited my choices.

I searched on-line and questioned every office supply store within 150 miles of here. All came up to the same answer - the HP G85. The price was a bit steep for a home daycare business but when I compared the price to buying all the individual pieces I need, it added up to more anyhow. I saved a ton of space in my home office and got great quality.

The machine was fairly easy to hook up but it did take a minute to figure all the phone cords out. Using the machine couldn't be easier. Fax, scanner, copier all have their own set of buttons that are clearly labeled. It can also be run from the desktop. It prints even photos like a dream. I couldn't ask for more.
