Cons: No Yahoo software support, slow transfer speeds, long ping times, high early cancellation fees

I had the problem of leaving the area and after an hour on the phone we worked out a sollution for avoiding the termination fee.
They gave me a credit for the amont of the contract remainding. Then they billed me for the remaining months. I didn't have to do anything.
In the end I ended up paying for a few months worth of LINE TAX that $1.45 connect fee for the schools. Big woop
