My first order was for 5 USB A to A cables. I waited 10 days to receive them because I'm in Europe and it takes a while. When I got the cables, they were 5 USB A to B cables. Now I have to send them back, paying the shipping, and wait for the correct cables. We'll see what kind of customer service I receive.
The store wanted to make ammends and offered to let me keep the 5 incorrect cables (to bad I already shipped them back). I received the correct cables today, 24 Feb, for a total cost of the $4.75 it cost me to ship back the wrong cables. I give them a thumbs up for the good customer service. You don't find that to many places today.
