I know I'm in the minority in my opinion of Wal Mart, and for years I shopped there. Our town really had no other alternative, until Target came along.

I can't even come close to telling you all the bad experiences I've had at our local Wal-Mart. First of all it isn't in a bad area of town but there parking lot really gives you an unsafe feeling.

Customer Service is hardly exists and if you dare to ask for help you wait, and wait and wait again. I can't tell you the number of times I left in frustration after having no one come to the department at all. How many times should you be expected to walk to the customer service desk and ask for help.

I guess I should explain I have a disability, walking a lot and mostly standing for awhile really take there toll. I'm also thirty five and have three young children. Which gives the first impression that I should be healthy.

I really appreciate Target's guest phones placed throughout the store and wish Wal-mart would get the idea.

I think my biggest complaint is that they display a sign telling you if you have a special need to ask for help. It's a shame you can't get it. I have asked for help. Even common things such as Thank you seem to be unknown in this store.

I should mention after complaining at Planet Feedback I did receive a letter from the store manager and gave Wal-mart another shot but unfortunately my experience was not any better.

Wal-mart used to be the only alternative in town and they seem to think they still are.

For me I think I'd rather drive a little further to be appreciated.
