Cons: Power button flies off if you sneeze, Missing/Delayed messages
The Bottom Line: Bad phone. Misses calls and delays voicemails.

I switched from Sprint to Cingular through SBC to save some money. More about SBC and Cingular later. The switch was a nightmare. Then they sent me this Nokia.
First I spent the first few weeks constantly reattaching the power button. Finally it disappeared and I gave up. Now to turn it off I have to have a pen or other pointed object. I was told to take it into a cingular stor and they would repair the button. Why bother?
The second feature of this phone that I hate is its ability to be in my pocket and not ring when someone calls. Imagine my surprise when it beeps to tell me I have a message from someone. I check the message and indeed they just called...while the phone was turned on and in my pocket. This happens a lot.
The third and final feature that clearly separates this phone from the phones you might want is its penchant for holding onto my messages for days at a time. Just today I received voice mails from 4,5 and 6 days ago. I had received more recent voice mails in the meantime. This happens a lot. Cingular told me it was not the phone, but was their service. That fills me with confidence! However, a friend of mine had the same phone with Cingular. He experienced all the same problems. He screamed bloody murder and they replaced it with another Nokia. Same problems. He complained again and they finally relented and gave him an upgraded phone. Low and behold all the service problems went away! Don't tell me the problems don't lie with this phone. It is excretion! If your wireless provider offers you this phone run for the hills!
