Hi! I have had mixed experiences at the Best Buy retail store closest to me. It's difficult to find a person who knows what they are talking about. I won't go into the debacle of purchasing a television at the store. And one time I waited in the customer service line for an hour (and it wasn't even a holiday when one would expect a wait).
I have found some good buys there, though. :)

Most of the time I have better luck with the website than I do at the retail stores. Some of the people that work there have such attitudes! Bottom line, who ever has the best price gets my business :]
