Great GRAB BOX Ebay site - A Bargain to Be Had

Over the last year I have brought a number of items from Buyessex through Ebay. The company appears to sell mostly Best Buy customer returns based on the items I have received so far (a number of the items had Best Buy stickers on them that were blacked out). Not that returns are bad, if they work. In fact if you concentrate on their Grab Box items you can find a real good deal.
In one grab box I brought, I paid a total of about 15.00 (delivered) for over 7 cordless phone batteries plus other items. Each cordless phone battery by itself sells for 12 to 15 dollars at Walmart and Target. The batteries all worked fine.
Again if you concentrate on the Grab Boxes that they offer, even if some items don't work the rest of the goodies will make up for it if you don't bid too high.
I did buy some items that were advertised to work and in fact they did work except in one case. Now, here's where one can test the honesty of this company by testing their customer service. I emailed them and mentioned that the item did not work as advertised. They offered a partial refund of about half the price of the item and I get to keep the item or I can send it back (at my expense) and they will refund it in full.
I emailed them and stated that both options will leave me with nothing except lost funds. I asked for a replacement item in my second email. I then received another email from them stating that a Full Refund has been issued on the item. I didn't even have to return the item. Now that is Customer Service!!!
At least some other ebayers had similar experiences I had - receiving full refunds and keeping the non working item. However, based on reading Ebay Review comments and other Epinion comments on this company, other customers may not have experienced the same level of customer service. Based on dealing with this company and other Ebay sellers, often if you are persistent in your requests - sending multiple followup emails and working with the seller you may find that you will get satisfaction. Often sellers on ebay want to do the right thing - satisfying customers. That's what I found at Buyessex based on this one experience on a non working item.
Delivery Speed - Super Fast - At least in the Northeast. A couple of times I ordered the item on a Monday and it came to my door on Wednesday. It seems that Buyessex uses FEDEX Ground a lot. So far, FEDEX Ground has treated me well with undamaged packages and fast deliveries as compared to UPS (packages from other sellers using UPS often come damaged). If Buyessex uses snail mail (post office - used when items are really low in price) then it may take longer to receive your items.
Order Accuracy - With the exception of the one non working item that I received a refund on, my experience with this company has been positive. They got it right all the time.
Customer Service - You get an email from them acknowledging your purchase as well as an email with a tracking number (FEDEX GROUND) so you can find out where your package is. So far I am happy with their customer service especially after the way they handled the non working item.
Overall Satisfaction - Quite satisfied.
