It's very unfortunate that many people didn't rate this Very Helpful. Compared to those submitted in the same category, this one should have been rated Very Helpful.
It seems to me the raters here are getting unreasonably tough in this few weeks. I guess you just had the bad timing.
If you want to increase the performance of your reviews, you might want to add a little more information.
For example, you recommended to have a couple of secondary addresses, but you didn't mention how to use them. Well, it's obvious, but if you have added a few more lines, people would rate higher.
Also, you informed us of the seemingly good web site. So, if you have added how effective they are in kicking out the spammers, the performance of this article could have been much better.
Anyway, this is the pretty good start. Just do some research before you actually start writing, and pack your article with a lot of info.
