At first my wife resisted my suggestion to purchase a pair of Neptunes. Did not want to spend the money and besides the old Admiral pair were doing just fine. Finally she said okay (a couple years ago now).
Lets just say you could not get these Neptunes away from her. She compliments the speed and cleaning. I have to take her word for this since I barely know how to turn them on :) Early on the washer had a mildew problem on the inner seal. This was corrected and the Tech said all the new models are okay. It dries the clothes so good, the dryer doesnt have to do much and makes drying real quick.
