Purchased a GPS unit. This site advertised one of the best prices plus the very favorable reviews compelled me to make my purchase here.
Since my purchase was over a certain amount they emailed me stating they could not verify my address. I called using the toll free number (a breeze to get thru and all I spoke to were friendly and helpfull) and after talking to a rep I agreed to email a copy of one of my utility bills showing my name/address. I just blocked out any personal areas per there recommendation.
While on the phone I mentioned the price on the web site had dropped about $15. They not only honored this lower price but voluntarily changed my ship method from ground to Fedex Express. Tracking my order was easy also as they supplied the air bill and it linked right to Fedex.
My product arrived in good condition, safely boxed and I am happy with the whole process. Based on my first experience with Shipdog.com I would definately consider shopping here again.
