I have a 4-year old and a newborn (3 weeks old) and have only used this in the newborn/toddler seat position. It works well, except that my 4-year old bumps his head on the hood so we cannot use it while in this position with baby sister in the newborn flat position behind him. Overall this is a wonderful stroller! I bought the cocoon, the Bob handlebar console (great accessory for drinks), doubles seat, and doubles weather cover also. Love it! The charcoal/black color is very rich and receives compliments from everyone who stops me to comment on the newborn position when they see a baby in the back! It's such a surprise for them! I would like to add that their instructions for the E3 V2 are quite vague and a bit difficult to understand at times (needs improvement on the terminology and procedures). I cannot figure out how to lock the stroller in fold position using the straps. I hope to figure it out before my first plane flight to Europe! Also, the back kick brake is a bit bulky....I think the individual brakes on each wheel on most strollers makes more sense and could give it less bulk. I give this a 4 * rating overall except the weight was a bit more than anticipated and the price tag was hefty ($400 for double buggy and then additional $100 for the accessories). I still believe this is the best bet for a doubles buggy rather than the double wides at 29 inches...cannot fit that through most places and doors when traveling! Good luck!
