I rec'd a gift of mags & the Wall Street Journal. The magazine came about 3 months after the initial order was placed.
The WSJ never came, sent SEVERAL MESSAGES TO MAGSONTHENET,without a reply until the last message I sent -which they told me that they would check and it would be 7-10 days for them to find out the answer.
Here's what I found out.
1) They didn't give the order to the WSJ until 3 months after receiving payment.
2) When they said that they checked - they lied.
3) When I questioned them, they checked and told me another lie.
4) Their mgr Selina (or possibly owner) continued to tell me lies, attempting to cover up for their inefficiencies.
The worst thing is Selina's attitude, which is "who are you to question me", totally rude, totally curt, totally obnoxious!
I contacted the WSJ, who had an exact knowledge of what had transpired. The WSJ confirmed when order was placed and also confirmed when Magsonthenet actually checked, which was one day prior to me calling the WSJ, several months after subscription was paid for!
Finally I rec'd my 1st copy today, but it wasn't because of Magsonthenet, it was because of my phone call. Frankly whatever they charge - it is too much, because of all the hassel you go thru to get your subscriptions.
If I had not spoken with WSJ, I still would be waiting for my subscription to start!
I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MAGSONTHENET again. and recommend anyone thinking about it, check with other vendors and if needed pay a little more to get some or better service.
