When it comes to laundry products…I am very particular about what I use. I have tried and tested a lot of laundry items to see what I would like best and then I stick to what I like. Bounce and All Fabric Softener Sheets are the two brands that I have found that add a nice scent to my clothing and keep them from wrinkling so much in the dryer.

Growing up, my mother used to use All laundry detergent all the time and I did use it for awhile but I tend to buy Tide now instead. I started using All Dryer Sheets when I purchased my own home a few years ago. I was shopping one day in Acme supermarket when I came across them on sale.

Each dryer sheet is around 6.4 x 9 inches and is designed to reduce static cling and freshen your clothing. These sheets come in a small light blue box that has a flap opening on the front. The only thing that I didn’t like about this box and most other fabric dryer sheet boxes is that the box never fully closes after being opened. The cardboard flap rips open because it is perforated, but there is no way to totally close it again.

Using these sheets is very simple…you put one in the dryer when your clothes are loaded. Turn the dryer on and your ready to go. Sometimes I use two sheets when I am doing a large load of towels or sheets, simply because I like the freshen scent with these items. You should discard them after using. I usually use the one in the load to wipe out the lint collector because the stuff sticks right to the dryer sheet. All recommends using these dryer sheets with All detergent, but I haven’t found it to be necessary. There are plenty of other use’s for these dryer sheets, but I don’t currently use them for anything but my laundry.

All Fabric Softener Sheets are supposedly “safe” for all dryer types and I have never had any problems with them ruining or spotting my clothing. The company does recommend using half a sheet if you are drying really small loads. As with most household products…please keep them out of children’s reach. We keep our box on a small cart on the side of the washer so we can just reach down whenever we need them…but we do not have any small children in the house. These sheets do contain fabric softeners and perfume so you may not want to use them on children’s pajamas.

You can purchase All products at most supermarkets, drugstores, mass discount stores, and even online at Drugstore.com. Price range is anywhere from $1 for the small box of 20 sheets to $5.99 to the larger 120 sheet box. I purchased my 120 clean fresh box at Acme, on sale for $4.99 at one point. These dryer sheets can be quite expensive but you just have to watch for the sale. Target and Kmart have them on sale pretty frequently.

Overall, I do have to recommend these dryer sheets, despite the box problem. If I wanted, I could go and buy a small container that close and just transfer these sheets out of the product box and into that container to solve the problem. Otherwise, I have no complaints. My clothing has never been stained by these dryer sheets, and there is always a nice light scent to each piece after drying. Best of all, I don’t have any problems at all with static cling on my clothing…or even making my hair stand up when I put my shirts over my head. These dryer sheets do their job, so I cannot complain.
