This older gentleman is the person who let me in on his secret of keeping his garden so clean. I was trying to work all the time, trying to keep those aggravating weeds out. What a job, especially if you live in low ground and it takes a long time for the soil to dry out enough to till. I'm so grateful that he shared his secret to me, because now it doesn't kill me trying to keep my garden clean. You can spray this grass killer around just about anykind of vegetables. Always when using weed killing herbicide there are always dangerous toxics to consider.Always wash your hands very throughly after spraying your garden or yard. The clothes that you wear while dispensing Post should be taking off and washed by themselves.Make sure you wash your clothes throughly. The best time that I've found to spray this on those dreadful weeds is when the sun's out. This will the killing of the roots process to work even faster. When I first spray the weeds, I usually cut the grass real short so it will work faster and will look a whole lot neater. It states on the pamplet that it will kill weeds up to a foot tall but it usually requires another treatment on them before it kills them completely.
