Poor customer service, not cheaper than Amazon.com

I tried to order an MP3 player from their online store, when I had completed the check out information it said "The product, iRiver - 512MB* Digital Audio Player, can be shipped only by ground due to federal regularions. To receive the product earlier, try our store pickup option."
So I went in and changed my shipping address, swapped the physical with the PO and tried again, then again, I got the same answer. I tried several other things then gave up and called. After having to go through about 10 menus I finally got to speak with a person who barely spoke English. I asked her why I could not place my order and she said that she could not tell but she could just place it for me over the phone. I am reluctant to give my credit card info out to people I don't know over the phone but I really needed this and figured that I might as well take my chances. It took her about 10 minutes to enter in all of my information and got almost everything wrong when she read it back to me. I corrected everything and she tried to get it to go through but before we even got to the part where she asks me about my payment options she came back and told me that UPS does not ship to my address and therefore they could not sell me this product. I explained that UPS delivers everywhere, World Wide and I have received many packages from UPS to my address, I told her to make sure that she was only using my physical address for the shipping address and she said that she already had it in that way. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me to hold. I waited 25 minutes on hold before a supervisor talked to me. During that time I found the same item at Amazon.com for $15 cheaper and there was no shipping charge, this saved me $35. Also in that time I wrote most of this review. The supervisor finally came on the line and I think that it was the same lady that I was speaking to before she had just decided to tell me that she was the supervisor. I told her why I was upset and the supervisor just said, "sorry we can not help you because our system does not recognize your address." I told her that I found it elsewhere and that I would be writing a bad reveiw and she said "fine thank you" and hung up on me. I will never shop at Best Buy again, not on line or in their store.
