Good store gone bad - slow shipping, no customer service, frequent mistakes

I used to really like buy.com, but after my past few orders from them, I doubt I will ever buy from them again. Their shipping is unbelievably slow (I received a package that was shipped from India faster than one from buy.com!), their customer service is non-existent, and they frequently make mistakes with orders.
Their prices are good, but I'd rather pay more and know that I'll actually get my order -- my *correct* order. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a package from them. They claim to have shipped to me a DVD that won't be released for another 2 months (which I suspect means that when it actually does come out, I won't get it because they'll say they already shipped it to me). They offered me an email coupon for $20 off my next order if I ordered above a certain amount this time -- I did, and almost a month later, I'm still waiting to get that coupon. I emailed customer service and have gotten no reply. I can't find a phone number to contact them.
Their ordering process is fairly cumbersome, too. You can't split an order between two addresses. You can't send gifts (I tried once, and they delivered the package with no receipt and no way for the recipient to tell who sent it).
I can't recommend using buy.com unless they get their act together and start paying attention to their customers' satisfaction.
