Thansk for your rating on my Cracker Barrel piece. I too am a NYC resident. I too have SPRINT. I have had Bell Atlantic and ATT. If you think Sprint is bad, you can't beleive ATT. I am in litigation with them. I acutually threw my phone out of the car window when I had ATT.
The bottom line is that they are all pretty useless when it comes to Customer Service but I will tell you that my Motorola StarTek phone is awesome and a GREAT improvement compared to the Nokia and service is much better with Sprint PCS than it was with ATT. I travel all over the city, Westchester, upstate, Ct and Jersey for the most part. With the exception of a few places on The Hutchinson River Pkwy and on 684, I have never had calls drop.
Great job. I'll be checking out more of yuor stuff soon.
