Pros: Nice Perfomance, Low Price
Cons: Out of date.
The Bottom Line: I think the 3dfx Voodoo3 2000 PCI is not the best card out there but a really good one, and if it meets your needs, I would recommend buying one.

I bought my 3dfx Voodoo3 2000 PCI Graphics card about a year ago and installed it into my computer. The performance increase was phenominal. My computer worked wonderfully with nearly all graphics-intense games it could run, and it was only a 233MHZ homebuilt computer.
I bought my 3dfx Voodoo3 2000 PCI at Electronics Boutique for $99.99. I brought it home and it was really easy to install, just install the drivers, put the card in, turn it on. That was just about all I had to do.
The 3dfx sports a 300 MHZ Ramdac, 16 MB High-Speed SDRAM Memory, 143 Megapixels/Second, 286 Megatexels per second peak fill rate, 6 Million polygons per second peak processing, 2.29 GB per second peak bandwidth. Now all that may just sound like "blah blah, blah blah" but it all adds up to a very nice 3D Graphics Card.
