Hi Bryan,
I have never reserved a car with Enterprise, online, but I have used their web site for research before calling and the prices have always been what I found on their web site.
I would NEVER take a representative's comment that the prices on the web site are 'guidelines' without calling a supervisor. The prices online (especially if you're leaving a credit card to reserve the car) are supposed to be the prices you're paying.
