The watch itself is very attractive. Robust, good looking, accurate and reasonably priced.

The leather strap is a non-standard design -- you have to buy it from Victorinox. Or, you would if you could. My strap died at just over a year old. I first tried to buy a strap in February. Out of stock, "available in April". It's April now, and still out of stock, "Perhaps in July".

According to the web site (SwissArmy.com) 18 out of a total of 47 watch straps are out of stock. In my opinion, that shows a systemic failure at Victorinox USA that tells me not to buy anything at all from them in future.

Pity, it's a nice watch.
