Although the price on the product was good, I found out why when the order arrived. They shipped my order in an envelope instead of a box, and shipped with first class postage (not even priority mail?) without insurance. They charged me $5.95 in shipping charges, but the actual postage (according to my local USPS) was less than a dollar. This is not why I agreed to pay $5.95 for shipping. I can't write a good review about a company that makes a 500% profit on the shipping costs. And I would not mind paying $5.95 if the product was properly packaged and shipped in a box. In this case it was neither.
I wrote an email inquiring about this supposed "error" and got a response that was insulting and questionable. Here it is, word for word, without any modification:

Dear customer,
As a common consumer, maybe you are not familiar with how a business charge for the shipping/handling. It is not only the postage charged by USPS or UPS, but also some other aspects. You can understand every package is packed by a worker, and we need to pay the salary for their time and work, and there is cost for the packaging materials, right? So $5.95 is the minimum charge for every order on our website, and there may be $2-50 increment according to the actual weight of every package.
Yes, some other business may provide free shipping sometime, but that's only because they get enough profit from the items' prices. Our profit margin is low thus we can provide cheaper price than others, that's why you select the item from us, right?
We hope you can understand and thanks for your business.

This looks like a too-small-time operation without any concept of credible business practices or adequate customer service.
BUYERS SHOULD CHOOSE A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.
