Frustrating experience with YourBlinds

The first arched window wooden blind I received was broken into numerous pieces, but it was replaced fairly quickly so I ordered two more for the other windows. I ordered them on Feb 26. My expected delivery date was approximately 2 weeks. My credit card was immediately charged for the purchase. I was then notified that the supplier was "out of material" and the blinds would be shipped March 30. When March 30 came and I had no blinds, I called YourBlinds. I was told the supplier was still "out of material" and I could expect shipment somewhere around May 1. What a way to do business! What kind of "supplier" (Hunter-Douglas) runs out of material and can't restock for two months? I would not think you would stay in business very long if you frequently are "out of material" and don't restock for two months. I am still waiting. I keep checking their website awaiting an update, but nothing new to report. I did notice, however, that the price has dropped on these blinds.
Update: After calling YourBlinds about the price differential YourBlinds did agree to credit my account for the difference. Shipment date is scheduled for April 26, 2005.
Update: After posting my original message on epinions.com, I received several phone calls from YourBlinds management concerning this issue. They were now very interested in resolving this problem and having me amend my message. So epinions.com does work. I received the arched window blinds on May 10. I was very satisfied with the merchandise.
