Shopping at HSN is ok, if your not looking for the best quality.

I have purchased many products from hsn. Some items I am satisfied with, other things I returned. I had no problem as long as you follow the return policy. The site does refund your money.
The average delivery time is 7-10 days and if longer it will post to your account.
Shipping charges vary/sometimes they offer free shipping.
I only had 1 bad experience with my order processing. I emailed them and they fixed it immediately. E-mail response is within 48 hours and fixed in 5 days.
Several times I received damaged items. The items were for scrapbooking. They were wet and damaged. I emailed hsn and they refunded my order and did not make me send the wet packages back. I don't know if the packages were wet when sent out or if they were damaged in the mail. The plus side is I did not have to pay for it.
I would use caution when ordering beauty products that have a shiny metallic finish on the jars. It tends to chip off and get into your product. I did email customer service about it. The response: it was over 30 days and so no credit or adjustment was made. Yes I was over my 30 days, I had the product for about 45 days. I emailed them back explaining how the metallic coating was getting into the product and I didn't feel it was fair not to send a replacement. They stood by the return of 30 days, it was over the time limit.
I still purchase items from hsn.
The quality of products I would rate at a 6-8 with 1 being the lowest.
