This mouse/keyboard combo is probably one of the best you can buy for the money. The keyboard will work from about 15 - 20 ft away and the mouse will work from about 11 ft away(maybe more but I've never taken it further). I can't really think of anything bad about this combo. Both the keyboard and the mouse feel solid and have a good shape for your hand (unlike the school keyboard I am typing on right now.

The batteries last forever in both the mouse and the keyboard I have had them since Christmas and I have changed the batteries in both only twice.This is a serious bang for your buck.
