Wow, I never even thought about that! I think all the ones I have used were flat, sp I think I will go try out some of those Johnson's ones! Thank you!

Great review, but you missed one point that was a biggie for me in nursing pads. The ones that are contoured rather than flat are less likely to show through snug clothes. I found the Johnson's Healthflow were very comfy, not bulky and were all cotton.
I also TOTALLY agree about NO plastic...I have nothing good to say about them...cheap, always slipping, always leaking.
