I have owned a lot of GM cars. But the 95 Chevy Beretta I was not to pleased with. I bought it back in 2000 with only 80,000 miles on it. After that everything started to go. 90,000 miles I had to replace the transmission. A lot of problems with the ignition system and brakes most importantly. Then about a year ago I started leaking coolant. The intake manifold gasket had to be replaced for $600.00. The worst was the gas mileage. I had a complete tune up with new spark plugs and injector cleaner, and still got only around 16 MPG. The inside was a rattle trap. Lots of rattles, it took bumps poorly. Limited room inside and in the trunk. There was a few good things. The paint held up really good. Plus it was a nice looking car.
